Registration

In order to gain complete access the medicalpicture database you require a user ID and a password. Your access code (login) will be granted by the medicalpicture GmbH after your successful registration and subsequent verification of your personal data through the medicalpicture staff.
Upon registration you will be able to access the entire licence-bound image archive. Should you not wish to register, it is till possible to research our database as a guest user and purchase individual images using the ClickandBuy option.

Registration form

As a prospective customer, please fill out the registration form. You must acknowledge the general terms and conditions before a user name and password is issued. A registration using an anonymous email address (gmx, hotmail, web.de, t-online...) will not be processed. You will be required to acknowledge the general terms and conditions. Any address, domain and provided company data will be reviewed by our staff.

Advantages for registered customers

Depending on status and activation through medicalpicture GmbH, registered users gain advantages (more detailed image description) when using our search engine. Furthermore, they will have the opportunity to download licenced images.

• Ability to use all licencing options (i.e. regular licence-bound images, premium licence, image subscriptions etc.)
• Provision of layout data for agencies free of charge (depending on status)
• Special offers, licences, fees and provisions especially for agencies
• Lightbox with the ability to collect and edit images based on topic or specific customer requirements
• Free-form text search, meta information and technical information on the images
• Access to secondary images and series (indicated by the paper stock icon)
• Newsletter with the latest information
• Telephone support, support by the editorial staff
• Download the medicalpicture pdf. catalogues

Newsletter and pdf. catalogue

Registered users have the option to receive a newsletter and pdf catalogues. The pdf file is comparable to the commonly used print version of modern image archives.

Guest access

Immediate guest access is available without first registering by logging in with gast/gast (user/password) and clicking on the "Go" button or by using the free-form text search on the homepage. However, guest access functionality is limited.

Image search

All visitors to the website are permitted to search the image database free of charge and without registration. An extended search of the ImageBank is available free of charge after prior registration and confirmation on our part for professional users. Private individuals and students are not permitted to register on this site. They have however, the option of accessing our database through www.educationalpicture.com. Members of the medical profession are asked to use the DocCheck access.
